Welcome, and thank you for your interest in Brinq Inc. (“Brinq”, “we,” or “us”) and our renewal management system, which integrates with Vertafore's AMS360 platform. Our website, along with our related applications, services, and tools provided by us (collectively, the “Service”), are designed to assist insurance agents and brokers in managing policy renewals and client data. These Terms of Service are a legally binding contract between you and Brinq regarding your use of the Service.

BY CLICKING “I ACCEPT,” OR BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR OTHERWISE ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD, AND, AS A CONDITION TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY, THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS, INCLUDING BRINQ’S PRIVACY POLICY (TOGETHER, THESE “TERMS”). IF YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE, OR DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS, THEN YOU DO NOT HAVE OUR PERMISSION TO USE THE SERVICE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, AND BRINQ’S PROVISION OF THE SERVICE TO YOU, CONSTITUTES AN AGREEMENT BY BRINQ AND BY YOU TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.
Service Overview
The Service enables users to access, monitor, and manage insurance renewal tasks, generate reports, and view insurance policy documents and client information in a centralized manner.Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant to us that: (a) you are at least 18 years old; (b) you have not previously been suspended or removed from the Service; and (c) your registration and your use of the Service is in compliance with any and all applicable laws and regulations.Accounts and Registration
To access some features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you must provide us with accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.Licenses
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Brinq grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not modify, distribute, or make derivative works based on the Service.User Content
You retain ownership of any data, text, and other content that you upload or submit through the Service (“User Content”). You grant Brinq a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and communicate your User Content as necessary for the purpose of providing the Service.Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to infringe on any third party's rights, to transmit harmful or malicious code, or to engage in any other activity that compromises the security or integrity of the Service.Modification and Termination
Brinq reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service if you violate any provision of these Terms.Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration, except for disputes eligible for small claims court. By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.Changes to These Terms
